Pricing is per-group for 1 to 12 persons.  Minimum age is 6.  There is a standard boarding location on East Los Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale (specifics provided on your E-Ticket, though pick-up and drop-off may be available directly at your private dock in Fort Lauderdale (including homes, apartments, Airbnb's, hotels) at additional cost (details for exploring this option will be on the E-Ticket).  Please order online or call us at 212-852-4822 to order or for more information.

There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Tour / Activity Policies

Cancellation Policy: There are only refunds if the captain cancels a cruise and you cannot reschedule the tour. Otherwise, all sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Please Note

  • All passengers must complete, sign and submit a digital liability waiver prior to the tour date.  A link to the online form will be provided on your E-Ticket.  The person in whose name the order is placed must agree during the booking process to be responsible for having all persons in the group submit their forms.
  • Legal drinking age in Florida is 21.  Valid photo IDs are required for all passengers who wish to drink alcoholic beverages.
  • This is a pontoon boat with an engine providing the propulsion.
  • These tours run rain or shine.  There's a canopy that covers the boat.  In the event of bad weather including thunder, lightning or heavy winds, the Captain has the authority to cancel or suspend the cruise and issue vouchers for a rescheduled cruise. Your safety is the top priority.
  • No tobacco products are allowed onboard the vessel.
  • This is a BYOB cruise with these suggested allowances per person: 36 oz of beer or 18 oz of wine. This means you can bring three 12-oz beers or a 32-oz growler per person. You could also bring a 6-pack of beer or a full bottle of wine to share between two guests. The cycleboat will provide a souvenir plastic cup to transfer your drinks from glass containers.
  • The party boat is committed to keeping the local waters clean, so please do not litter.

Captain's Fees and Captain Options

Due to Florida state law, pontoon boats that operate as "bare boats" require that the captain's fee be paid directly to the captain (cash or cash app - Venmo).

  • Captain Danny is a USCG certified master captain who grew up in Lincroft, NJ. His childhood revolved around his passion for fishing and boating. He served in the US Navy for over 9 years. In 2011, Capt. Danny decided to trade in the cold waters of New Jersey for the subtropical climate of South Florida, where he has turned his passion for fishing and boating in to a career. He has captained a wide range of fishing and tour boats from small center consoles to 70-foot fishing boats. Captain Danny says one of the best things about South Florida is the year round Boating.
  • Captain Dave Patnode is a USCG masters license Captain, was born in Cocoa Beach, Florida and raised in Georgia and Tennessee. Growing up he spent many years on the family boat and the last 30 years Captaining 36-foot and 42-foot vessels on the Tennessee River and many others. After his boys joined the U.S. Navy, Captain Dave moved back to Florida to enjoy the year-round boating paradise in Ft. Lauderdale.
  • Captain Dwayne Garrett is a US Coast Guard licensed Master 50 Ton Captain with a 100 Mile Offshore Endorsement plus a TWIC certification issued by the Department of Homeland Security. He has operated all types of power boats throughout his life, starting as a teenager while growing up on the Chesapeake Bay. He loves being on the water in any vessel while sharing his knowledge and experiences with all passengers.
