On the Jungle Queen Dinner Cruise in Fort Lauderdale, you'll see Millionaire’s Row with homes of the Rich and Famous, spectacular Mega Yachts, and other sights beyond belief. The cruise takes you to a private Tropical Isle where you will feast on an all-you-can-eat rib, chicken and shrimp dinner with all the fixins’. After dinner, you'll be treated to a laugh-out-loud variety show before reboarding the boat for a beautiful and serene ride back down the New River.

Infants (children under 2 years of age) may cruise for free, but must be in the passenger count. When you are placing your order, please select the appropriate amount of Child-Free tickets for your party.

Do you serve food & drinks on the boat? -- Yes! Water, soft drinks, beer, wine, liquor, and snacks are available for purchase on board.
Do you serve alcoholic beverages? -- Yes, a full service bar is available. Please note that Florida State Law requires all persons consuming alcohol be 21 or over. Riverboat operators reserve the right to check the ID of any and all individuals who are purchasing alcohol.
What if someone in my group is allergic to peanut oil or peanut products, are lactose intolerant, or have any type of food allergy? -- Please note any dietary restrictions on the Order Form.
Are gratuities included -- No, gratuities are not included in the ticket price. While never mandatory, tips are always greatly appreciated!
Can we bring our own food/beverages on the boat? -- Unfortunately, you are not able to bring outside drinks or food on the boat.
Can we bring coolers? -- No, coolers are not allowed on the boat.
Can you accommodate wheelchairs? -- Yes! Handicap decal parking is available at the riverboat box office if needed.
Are there seat accommodations on the boat for overweight people? -- Yes, an armless chair can be provided upon request.
Do you have headphones to hear the commentary in another language? -- No, sorry.
What time do we have to be there? -- Boarding begins approximately 35 minutes before cruise time. The boats must leave on time, so please be sure to allow enough time for traffic, parking, ticketing, and boarding.
Can I get off the ship once I have boarded? -- No. As per Coast Guard regulations, once you have boarded you cannot disembark until the excursion is complete.
Are the boats Coast Guard approved? -- Yes, the boats undergo regular U.S. Coast Guard inspections and hold current Certificates of Inspection.
Are there life jackets onboard? -- Yes, the boats are equipped with enough adult and child life jackets to accommodate all guests onboard.
What if it rains? -- Cruises depart rain or shine! Don’t worry, the boats are protected from inclement weather.
Are there any seats in the sun? -- The ships are covered on the top, but are open on the sides so the sun does come through in some areas.
Is it rough on the water? Do you go on the ocean? -- No, the ships cruise only on calm inland waterways.
Are there bathrooms on the boat? -- Yes, there are bathrooms on the lower deck.
Can we go to the very top decks? -- You can sit on the upper decks, but access to the top pilothouse decks are authorized for crew only.
Are there electrical outlets onboard to plug in oxygen tanks or cellphone chargers? -- Yes, there are a limited amount of onboard electrical outlets available for customer use. Please see a crew member for availability.
Is there Wi-Fi? -- There is Wi-Fi on Tropical Isle but not on the boat.
Is transportation included? -- No, but many hotels will provide transportation to nearby attractions for a fee. You may also arrange transportation through Uber, Lyft, or taxi.
Are changing tables available? -- Yes, there are Koala baby-changing stations in both the men's and women's bathrooms onboard the boats.
What is the attire? -- Casual attire is appropriate on all cruises.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.
If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
