You will be enticed by the romantic Hawaiian wedding dance and the thrilling Samoan fire knife dance performed by our native Polynesian dancers. Your dinner and show package is a true evening to be remembered, and a fantastic value for a night on the town! Since 1956, it has captivated people with its warmth and magical aura. Marvel as agile warriors and beautiful maidens perform dances from the South Pacific while you are dining on tropical dishes and exotic drinks from an award winning menu.
The Mai-Kai Restaurant is the first restaurant in Greater Fort Lauderdale to receive the American Express "Gold Pin Award" for the value and quality of food and overall experience, outstanding customer service and their tenure, growth and commitment.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
The restaurant authentically recreates a Polynesian Village, complete with tiki torches, a thatch roof, tropical gardens with an orchid collection, giant tiki sculptures, lagoons, waterfalls, and a wooden plank bridge entrance. This is a perfect place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, other special occasion -- or just for a night out!

Show begins 90 minutes after dinner seating. The show, the Islanders Revue, is 45 minutes long.
Mid-June through the fall, each Sunday will feature children dancers. Children from the family members of the Mai-Kai owners, friends, and employees, join the professional dance troupe in the fast-paced Polynesian Islanders revue. The live musical accompaniment creates a strong beat, leadig the performers throughout their routine.

Mai-Kai Teriyaki Beef - Beef tenderloin tips stir-fried with pea pods, shiitake mushrooms and sliced white mushrooms in a special Teriyaki sauce
Sweet and Sour Pork - Lightly breaded chunks of pork tenderloin tossed with pineapple, green peppers and red peppers in the chef's tangy sweet sauce
Panang Curry Shrimp - Shrimp and Oriental vegetables simmered in a slightly sweet Thai coconut curry sauce
Hawaiian Fried Rice Dinner with Chicken and Shrimp - Special fried rice with chunks of chicken and shrimp with pineapple, red peppers, onions and mushrooms

THE ISLANDERS REVUE
The essence of Polynesia comes alive in the songs and dances of the celebrated Mai Kai Islanders Revue. Each year new interpretations of village life in the South Pacific at the turn of the century are created.
The internationally renowned show, performed live by native Polynesian dancers, is highlighted by the Tahitian Wedding Dance and the Samoan Fire and Knife Dance.
After the show, the Mai-Kai invites you to take a stroll in its tropical gardens, where you will see gigantic tiki sculptures, waterfalls and lagoons.
48 HOURS MINIMUM ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED. This tour does not include hotel pick-up. Price is per person. Gratuity is NOT included and is your responsibility based on the quality of service provided. Great place for special occasion. We celebrated a 16th birthday. Outdoor area was good for photos. Large tables suitable for group. Food was good. Servers was efficient. Everyone, teens to grandparents, enjoyed the show.
