Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Q: How many people can fly?
A: We normally have a two person minimum for launching a flight. There is no maximum number of people. We will make every effort to seat individual travelers on a space available basis.

Q: How long are the tours?
A: You should plan on approximately 60 to 90 minutes from the time you arrive at the Airport until the time you leave, depending on which tour you select.

Q: Is there an age limit?
A: There is no age limit. Children 2 years and under are free. Children who occupy their own seat pay full price.

Q: Is there a weight limit?
A: Due to weight and balance restrictions, the airplane cannot accommodate passengers weighing more than 300 pounds (136 kg). Also, for groups of three passengers, total passenger load may not exceed 600 pounds (272 kg).
